VMInnovations, which sells home and garden, sports and outdoors, electronics, and children’s products, has leased 416,891 square feet at the Core5 Logistics Center at Wintergreen in Hutchins. The industrial complex is located on 43 acres at the intersection of Wintergreen Road and I-45. (more…)
VMInnovations, an online retailer that sells goods through Amazon.com and EBay, has signed a big lease in southern Dallas County for its new southern U.S. regional distribution center.
The Nebraska-based company, which sells everything from baby gear to home and garden items to electronics, signed a lease for 416,891 square feet of industrial space at Core5 Logistics Center, a brand new, 754,897-square-foot facility located at 1200 W. 873,800 SF Core5 Logistics Center at Shugart Farms Purchased by Private Investor
ATLANTA, June 19, 2017 – Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners announced today the recent sale of their initial development in Metro Atlanta, 873,800-square-foot Core5 Logistics Center at Shugart Farms, to a private institutional investor. The high cube logistic facility completed construction in early 2017 and is fully leased on a long-term basis to The Duracell Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway.
